To Californicate or not to Californicate


The Red Hot Chili Peppers are threatening to sue the creators etc of one of the most awesome TV shows ever, Californication, over the usage of the name and other shit related to the RHCP with the album and song of the same name.
What's the point.. you're getting excellent publicity out of it!!
